I grew up in Parker Colorado we lived in the Pinery when the Timbers was still a motorcycle track and not houses. I was an All-State Linebacker at Ponderosa High School. Most of my career has been spent in construction building houses and commercial construction working as an owners representative . I have worked on over $500million worth of construction and land development projects including wind turbine manufacturing facilities, hotels, casino, mall, shopping centers, restaraunts, mid-rise apartments, houses, and condos.

 I have always loved houses I got my real estate license in 2006 because I felt it was my calling. I love being a Buying Agent and a Selling Agent equally. My favorite part of the buying process is crunching the numbers and it is personally satisfying when you can find your customers home buying criteria in the real estate market. My favorite part of the house selling process is pointing out the benefits and the beauty that you sometimes forget because you have them every day and forget that someone else is looking for what you have. I try not to make you fall in love with your house all over again since you are leaving but it is easy to point out why the next owner is going to fall in love with your home the same way you did.


Coldwell Banker® was founded in 1906 when Colbert Coldwell, a young real estate sales associate, observed families trying to piece their lives together following the disastrous San Francisco earthquake.

Residential Single Family – My residential single family services connect buyers with sellers every day, and I do it with professionalism and a total dedication to my clients. This property type is the majority of my market transactions, but by far not the only one in which I have expertise.

Condominiums – While condominiums are residential, they’re a very different market focus, and I am an expert in evaluating condos and helping buyers and sellers to cope with the special financing and homeowner concerns for this property type.

Multi–family – Investors are great clients for me. Multi–family properties are a very unique market. The detailed return on investment and valuation calculations investors need to evaluate properties for rental are second nature to me.

Vacant Land – Land is a very special property class. It’s relatively easy to show a gourmet cook a wonderful commercial kitchen in a home and see their eyes light up. It’s more of a challenge to help a buyer or seller to realize the potential in a piece of land. I'm the best at it in the Parker Colorado real estate market.
